Water Meditation on Change

If water doesn’t move, it rots.

So does pain when we keep it locked inside.

Healing begins with motion. With the courage to flow through what we once tried to contain.

Water accepts every form it finds itself in—a glass, a riverbed, a storm drain—and still, it remains water.

Yet given time, that same water carves canyons and reshapes the earth.

Patience.

Movement.

Steadfastness.

These are the quiet powers of transformation. To be like water is to accept the container without becoming confined by it—to trust that persistence and flow will one day carve freedom from even the hardest stone.
